What insurance, deposits, and fees are
required to rent?
All clients must provide proof of full coverage insurance. We will
call your agent. Comprehensive and collision coverage must transfer and your
liability coverage must be above the state minimum liability: currently
50/100/50.
We need to be able to secure a
minimum of $1000 hold on your credit card. Amount will depend on length and
cost of rental.
When a reservation is made a $100 nonrefundable reservation fee is charged.
This is applied to the rental unless canceled.

What are the age limits for renting?
You must be at least 25 years of age. A minimum of age 30 to rent
higher end model vehicles. Absolutely no one under the age of 25 may be
listed as a driver.

Can the vehicle be delivered or picked
up?
We provide complimentary pickup and delivery to all area hotels.
Airport delivery and pickups are subject to a surcharge. Delivery in the
Dallas area is complimentary within a 15 mile radius. Outside of this radius
a fee will apply.

How are week day, weekend and weekly
rentals calculated?
All rentals are priced on a 24 hour period. Weekdays are considered
Monday thru Thursday. Weekends begin on Friday thru Sunday. Weekly rentals
are based on 7 day rates. Any one day rental on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday
must begin by 10 am. A Friday rental may begin sooner or later but must be
returned no later than 2pm Saturday.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Canceling an existing reservation within 72 hours will incur a one
day charge. A gift certificate or credit may also be substituted.
Cancellation more than 72 hours out will only incur the $100 nonrefundable
deposit.

What is the policy for additional
drivers?
Any and all additional drivers must meet the same qualifications as
the primary renter and must be present at the time of the rental.
